Early Morning: Take an enchanting flight to Bhutan - Paro International Airport, immersing in the panorama over the highlands of Mt. Everest, Lhotshe, Maklau, and many others, changing its view from the Nepal landscape to the lush green valley of Bhutan. Soon after arriving at the airport, one of our local Bhutanese guides will come to pick you up at the airport to assist you with the airport terminal.

Drive to Thimphu:  Soon after getting introduced to the tour guide, the drive starts toward Thimphu, offering the scenic driveway of the greenery nature, and any ancient architectures, gompas, introducing us to the culture of Bhutan. While en route, we will also stop by Tamchong Lhakhang, crossing the famous Iron Chain Bridge, which will be our 1st rich tapestry of Bhutan heritage and traditions. The drive lasts for only 1 hour, but the captivating roadside view from Paro to Thimphu feels like a quick journey.

Arrival at Hotel (midday or afternoon): By midday, we will reach the hotel in Thimphu; however, the timing depends on your flight schedule time, after getting checked in at the hotel, we'll rest for a while, and be freshen up, as we've an exploration afternoon, ahead, on this very day. As it is impossible to cover the highlighted sites today, the exploration of Thimphu's ancient dzongs and sites remains for tomorrow, as for today, we'll leave it as a stroll around exploring the market, small local cafes, restaurants, and buying souvenirs.

Mid Afternoon: After the exploration in Punakha, we will stop by local restaurants to have our lunch, then we will take a drive back to Paro, covering 147 kilometers, about 4 hours, stopping at some of the key highlighted spots in between, including the Simtokha Dzong.

Arrive at Paro: In the afternoon, we will arrive at Paro, where we stayed on our very 1st day. After indulging in dinner, we'll settle here in Paro overnight. Meanwhile, we can also revisit some of our favorite places or stroll around the city, recalling the memories.

Morning: Just like a usual day, the early morning begins with breakfast; however, today, it sets as an enchanting short hike of 2 hours, therefore, the tour guide will brief over some of the trip insights.

Hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery: Soon after, after picked up by the tour guide will depart for a drive to Paro Taktshang (Tiger Nest monastery); however, as the trail doesn't lead directly up to the high cliff, we will leave the jeep behind, soon after reaching the base. The hike of 3 kilometers begins through an uphill, steep section to the monastery, reaching Tiger's Nest Monastery, the view rewards us with the panoramic mountain views, and of course! The highlighted section stands out to be the ancient gompa, which is perched on the cliff side, at such great height with thriving traditional historical design. Nearby, we'll visit the meditative caves and temples that demonstrate the historic mythical land of Bhutan.

The other whole day is dedicated to the Paro Sightseeing Tour, where we'll visit the Ripung Dzong Monastery, Kyichu Lhakhang, Zuri Dzong Fort, and Kyichu Lhakhang, fully immersing ourselves in the rich culture, historic insights, and the festive celebrations at the same time, if time permits, making our sightseeing tour worth it.
